Analysis of 151 samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (107 HGU-133plus2; 44 HGU-133A; 44 HGU-133B) from adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).

The data provided here are the log2 gene expression profile of the 107 samples on HGU-133plus2. Normalization was performed using the Robust Multichip Average (RMA) method. Only the 44754 probe sets present on A, B chips and the 2.0 chips were included in the analysis.
