Select a table expression data. For example: "Data browsers / healthy tissues or cells / B cells to plasma / plasma cell differentiation U133P2/Human Affy MAS5 (sample = 38)"

- Enter a name for your interest in the search box gene.
- Click ok.

Genomicscape returns a list of probesets afymetrix questioners your genes of interest. These probesets are ordered according to their variance in ascending order. For a given gene, the first probe set is displayed as the variable probe set.

NB: The search can also be done by entering a afymetrix probe set or a keyword.

Click on a name or a probe set gene of interest to see the profile of expression in the select dataset.
